About Our Client

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager focusing on Total Rewards to join their HR team. This role will be instrumental in managing annual salary benchmarking, analyzing bonus and incentive schemes, conducting market surveys, and reviewing and formulating HR policies to ensure our compensation strategies are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Job Description

  • Conduct annual salary benchmarking to assess compensation competitiveness in the market.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Evaluate existing bonus and incentive schemes to ensure alignment with company goals and market practices.
  • Collaborate with management to design and implement effective incentive programs that drive performance.
  • Analyze data from surveys to provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments.
  • Formulate new HR policies that support the company's strategic objectives and promote employee engagement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on compensation analysis, market survey results, and policy recommendations for management review.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues, management, and external vendors to ensure effective implementation of total rewards initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits or total rewards.
  • Proven experience in salary benchmarking, bonus scheme analysis, and HR policy formulation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with compensation management software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese.
