About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Financial Institution. They wish to hire a talented VP - Tax to join their team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be responsible for

  • overseeing all tax compliance issues for the Group company, JV and subsidiaries
  • preparing the management and reporting for the tax planning and Group Effective Tax rate
  • providing tax related and structuring advice to the investment team and managing external relationships with tax advisors
  • being the ERM co-ordinator for tax related issues and risks
  • responsible for the management of BEPs 2.0 for the Group
  • managing transfer pricing issues for the Group and associated affiliates
  • working with finance and treasury team on tax implications on borrowing



The Successful Applicant

Work Experience

  • Degree Holder in Business/Accounting/Finance
  • CPA is a must
  • 15 Years Tax Experience is a must
  • Asset Management is a must
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Mandarin)
