Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) components and Aircraft Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) for their diverse fleet of aircraft.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies for MRO and BFE equipment.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the aviation industry with a focus on MRO and BFE procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
