Job Description

  • Assist in establishing and refining Insurance Strategy performance management framework.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting procedures, performance data, and crafting actionable insights for senior leadership deliberations.
  • Support for the financial evaluation of new business prospects and collaborations.
  • Engage with internal teams to amass insights and propel projects forward.
  • Create top-notch presentations and reports for high-level executive gatherings.
  • Operate within a dynamic environment focused on customer-centric design and agile methodology, fostering collaboration across various functions and markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
  • Experience in the insurance/financial industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of insurance industry metrics and KPIs.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
