To support their Rewards function, they are looking for a stable, flexible, and independent Manager, Rewards with Projects Exposure to handle upcoming job grading exercise, and system implementation, etc.

Job Description

  • Reporting to Head of Rewards, handle compensation & benefits program for multiple regions, strategies and process review, including pay equity review, job grading evaluation, policies implementation, etc.
  • Partner with HR Heads and to support annual rewards exercise, such as flexible benefits implementation, wellness program, pay exercises, etc.
  • Conduct salary survey, benchmarking, working with counterparts across the region
  • Provide insights and advice on market best practice for developing HR analytics
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review
  • Handle ad hoc projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • At least 10 years' experience in Total Rewards, from sizable company background
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong and mainland China employment law
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Native Mandarin would be ideal, fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
