About Our Client

My client is a leading multinational corporation that is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of its operations. They are currently working on a full Workday implementation across all regions, including America, APAC, and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of their global HRIS initiatives.

As an HRIS Specialist, you will play a key role in the full implementation of Workday for all regions, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilization of the system. They are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in HRIS roles, preferably with expertise in Workday.

Job Description

  • Support the full implementation of Workday across all regions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and training for Workday users to maximize system efficiency.
  • Analyze HRIS data to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS solutions and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR technology to drive continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience, with a strong focus on regional deployments.
  • Proficiency in Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting and presenting data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to engage with diverse regional teams effectively.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance will be provided for the ideal candidate.
