About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest freight forwarding leader with full range of services.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Ocean Freight Sales, you will identify opportunities for cross sell with existing customers and develop new customers You will lead a team of Ocean Freight Sales and drive sales and revenue targets. You will develop sales strategies and identify industry trends to capture market opportunities. You will identify value propositions, develop pricing models and formulate business plans through utilising analytical tools and data analytics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent and 8-10 years in ocean and freight forward sales experience plus 3-5 years of relevant experience leading a team is required.
  • Solid experience in ocean and freight forward sales is required
  • Strong network
  • Agile and self-starter mindset
  • Ability to drive account based and industry wide analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ability to leverage existing relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
