Our client, a key financial regulator, is seeking a proficient individual to join their HRIS team as a Senior Associate or AVP level Workday Specialist with a focus on support and technical projects.

An excellent and proactive attitude is required. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is mandatory for this role.

Job Description

  • Provide Workday technical support, ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of Workday
  • Support Workday projects related to payroll integration, integration of new modules, enhancements, configurations; contributing to system enhancements and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and implement effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in configuring and customising Workday solutions to meet business needs
  • Must have experience in enhancing/implementing/configuring Workday
  • Workday HRIS projects experience (in a supporting role) would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the financial industry is preferred
  • Workday certifications are a plus
