About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company with strong presence across the globe. They now seek a solid HRIS practitioner to lead the digital transformation for their the Asia Pacific region.

Job Description

This position reports to the Regional Head of HR, and work closely with the COE leaders and local HR teams on driving the HRIS transformation for the company. Whilst the core HCM is up and running, there are areas for further fine tuning and improvement with new modules to implement.You will work closely with the HR COE teams to understand and analyze where the current service gaps are, and explore other potential ways to increase the efficiency, data quality and accuracy for the organization. You will be involved in getting user feedback and gathering user requirements, system design & development, data accuracy, system integration, UAT and user training, and work closely with the HQ HRIS and Technology departments as well as the vendor for smooth implementation. You will stay close with the HR teams to ensure that they can efficiently compile and generate useful data for reports and data driven analysis through Success Factors and potentially help them built Power BI for analytic use. In addition, you will review and develop HRIS policies and guidelines in compliance to the company's standards and general regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have prior work experience under the HR umbrella, preferably someone who has either worked in HR and transitioned to a HRIS focused role or a Tech candidate who has worked in the HR department for a minimum of 8-10 years. SAP Success Factors, Power BI and hands on knowledge/experience in implementing the HRIS across APAC is essential. The HR team will rely on this person to analyze and propose better options/ strategies/ideas which will enable them to make faster, accurate and data driven reports for timely people strategies for the business. Fluency in English and Chinese will be essential for the role. Some travelling is required.
